Mary has been active in real estate in the Washington, DC area for 25 years. Her experience includes overseeing sales offices in more than a dozen tenant-sponsored condominium conversions in the 1980s and early 1990s. During the past 10 years, she has engaged in property management, residential sales, as well as commercial sales and leasing. One of her specialties is management of medical office buildings on hospital campuses in Virginia and the District.
Mary has a diverse background and years of experience in the local real estate market. She will make every effort to address your needs, from residential and commercial sales, to leasing and property management. Additionally, Mary can refer clients relocating to anywhere in the world, through her membership in FIABCI, an international real estate federation.
Mr. Harwood has been with The Jason Corporation for over 15 years. Currently, he is broker manager of The Jason Corporation's residential sales office. As a real estate broker, he has represented over 200 of the top 500 companies listed annually in Fortune Magazine, as well as eight of the ten prime national computer electronics companies.
As broker manager of our branch office, he brings expertise of sales in the Washington Metro Area, as well as in ten other states. He has worked with numerous international clients for both purchase and lease of overseas properties. He has developed and implemented real estate training programs for salespersons and brokers. Additionally, he has acted as a consultant to law firms in reference to real estate issues.
